1. The plastic wrap on the handle has not been removed.
2. The racquet has not been played with. The racquet does not have any ball fuzz on the strings or scrapes to the bumper guard.
* Credit for string and shipping costs will only be given provided the order was in the error of TennisShop.net.
3. Special Orders frames and discontinued items may NOT be returned and all sales are final.
A special order frame is defined as any frame we do not have in stock and have to have drop shipped form a third party.
Defective Racquets
All racquets sold by TennisShop.net have a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Defective racquets will be replaced by the manufacturer for one year after the purchase date. Racquets that have been bashed on the ground, run over, melted in the sun, etc. will not be replaced. This ONLY applies to frames of $49.95 or more.
If your racquet is replaced under manufacturer warranty you have three options:
1. You may choose to receive the manufacturer replaced tennis racquet. We will string it at no charge with the string provided by the manufacturer (usually a synthetic gut). TennisShop.net will gladly ship your replacement tennis racquet via UPS Ground, at no charge, providing the shipping address is inside the United States of America. International customers will pay for the return shipping and related import costs.
2. You may choose to purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being considered for warranty replacement. If your defective tennis racquet is replaced by the manufacturer you will receive credit for its current selling price. The manufacturer warranty does not cover string and shipping costs for this option.
Clothing Returns
Our return policy for all clothing is as follows:
1. Clothing must be clean and be resellable.
2. Clothing must have tags attached. If the tags have been removed you have purchased the item.
Shoe Returns
1. Shoes must be clean, resellable, and NOT worn outside.
2. Wrong sizes may be exchanged as long as the above requirement is followed. Shipping and handling charges will apply.
Special Orders
Special Orders and Discontinued Items may NOT be returned and all sales are final.
A special order is defined as anything we do not have in stock and have to have drop shipped form a third party.
All sales of these items are Final even if you were not aware that it is a special order item.
ALL Other Returns
1. Must be clean, in orginal packaging, and resellable.
